About Us
Blossoming Skies was started by Lydia Sullivan and Jennifer Shallcross in 2023. Lydia is a BCBA with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been working with special needs children for over ten years. She is the Clinical Director for Blossoming Skies. Jennifer is an RBT who has been working with special needs children of all ages for over fifteen years and is the Director of Operations for Blossoming Skies. We are both extremely passionate about putting clients' needs and progress first and foremost. We take great pride in staffing BCBAs and Behavior Therapists who genuinely care about their job and want to help the child they are working with grow and succeed. Our team provides quality, compassionate, and ethical care. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to support clients and their families appropriately.
Our Mission
Individuals can thrive and reach the skies with care, compassion, and guidance. Though rooted in the best practices of Applied Behavior Analysis and the field's evolution, we embrace the voice of the ASD community and encourage a whole-person approach to our therapy. Everyone knows what they want, and we help guide individuals towards those goals. We hold dearly to a compassionate and patient approach and incorporate individual likes and interests into our programs. We are dedicated to growing with our learners and strive to evolve with each one!
Our Vision
Blossoming Skies has a clear vision that our learners will grow and expand along with us. Our goal is to gain a center with therapy animals and provide services for every level of care. We will have community outings and social skills groups. Our center will begin animal rescue as we evolve, providing jobs to adults with special needs. Blossoming Skies and our learners have endless possibilities, and the sky is the limit. Soar with us!
